It is our policy that there are no refunds on the electronically downloaded guide book once it has been downloaded. It is our policy that if you are not satisfied with our hard copy guide book in any way just send it back to us within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund 100% of the purchase including shipping and handling and return shipping costs. You must send with the guide book your receipt of purchase and a self addressed envelope. We will then send to you a certified check via USPS. We will also e-mail you to let you know that your refund has been sent. Mail orders can also be sent to this address. Please add $3.95 for mail order shipments. Allow three weeks for delivery.
